Through The Eyes of a Dog

My name is Dutches and i'm a Yorkie. I live with my owner Dea Evans. She is very special to me. She takes very good care of me, I get groomed twice a month, and I don't have to eat that disgusting dog food. She treats me like I'm her daughter. I've been living with her for years and I love it here. My favorite person is Naomi she was the first person to hold me. She held me all the way from Wichita to Childress. She always pets me and shows me love. I'm glad to have a family like this. I am really blessed.

I think we should always recognize our heroes! Instead of the reporters stalking movie stars and singers they should be researching and doing stories on people that risk their life's everyday for our country! The media focuses to much on stars, and some stars don't even like it. There should be a special TV show for heroes, they should be recognized by their community.

Senior Poem

Senior year was over just as fast as it started
but nobody knows what lye's ahead
Senior prom, Short dresses, Makeup, and tuxedo's
but nobody knows what lye's ahead
Through the halls laughing and giggling
getting ready for college, scholarships, and graduation
ordering t-shirts, signing signatures
hoping that one day they will become something
everyone talking about what they're going to major in, or what sport to play
fun fun fun is all I can say
school is cool
so we never dropped out

It is sad to think about how the bank, people you think you can trust, can do harm things to you. Why would the bank tear down a house that could be reused. Usually when a home is being repossessed they resale it. It really makes you wonder if it is worth trying to buy a house.

1. I am thankful for my parents because if it wasn't for them then I wouldn't know right from wrong.

1. I thank God for sending me a beautiful daughter who has brought a lot of joy to my life.
2. I am thankful that she is strong and takes on a challenge with determination to see it to the end.
3. I am thankful that she respects me as her mother, but also feels secure enough in our relationship to voice her opinion and feelings.
4. I am thankful that she loves me no matter what happens, and realizes that I am not perfect and I will make mistakes and she forgives me.
5. I am thankful that while I am teaching her about life, she is teaching me.

A Teachers Story

My favorite teacher is my third grade teacher Mrs. Torrence. She was always so nice and joyful. She was never rude to me, and she always encouraged me. I never slept in her class, I was always on time, and never absent. She made learning easy for me.
